Pruitt has been a Safety Manager at City Cartage for the past two years, after following in his father’s footsteps by starting behind the wheel. He now overseas driver compliance, DOT regulations, accident prevention, and overall fleet safety performance. He works closely with drivers and leadership to implement safety programs, conduct training, review logs and incidents, and ensure our company consistently meets federal and state transportation standards.

Pruitt takes pride in building a strong safety culture that not only reduces risk and liability but also supports drivers in operating confidently, responsibly, and efficiently on the road. He also recruits and hires new drivers, ensuring they meet both regulatory standards and company expectations before getting behind the wheel.
